September 29-October 1, 2005 Annual Retreat: "The Human Capital Value Proposition" This year's retreat takes a broad integrative approach to Human Resource Management in which the chief human resources officer brings strategic 'people' knowledge of the internal and external constituencies to the organization and its business strategy and execution: employees, managers, customers, shareholders, national governments, business, social and natural environments. Session topics include: "How Leadership and Employment Brand Can be Leveraged to Add Value to the Organization," "Building and Measuring Organizational Capabilities that Get Results," "How Leadership Builds Value Through Engagement and Credibility," "Corporate Governance: Defining a Code of Conduct that Reflects Social Responsibility, Accountability, Economic Impact, and Protects the Environment."
