Corinne Bendersky’s research focuses on
various aspects of organizational conflict management and negotiation.
She teaches in the full-time MBA, Fully Employed MBA and executive
education programs. Prior to joining academia, Dr. Bendersky worked as
a mediator, dispute systems design consultant and negotiation trainer.
Education
Ph.D. in Management, MIT Sloan School of Management.
B.A. (with honors), Oberlin College
Interests
Effectiveness of organizational dispute resolution systems, negotiating
social order following organizational acquisitions, managerial control
systems and workplace justice, social movement activity and collective
responses to workplace conflicts, and dissonance induction during
negotiations.
