Christopher Erickson is Professor of Human Resources & Organizational Behavior Area of the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He is also the Associate Director of the UCLA Institute of Industrial Relations and Faculty Director of the UCLA-National University of Singapore Executive MBA Program. He studies various aspects of industrial relations in the local, national, and world economies, and teaches courses on negotiations, industrial relations, and human resource management. He has been a member of the Anderson faculty since 1991. He received his B.A. from Yale and his Ph.D. in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and was previously on the faculty of the New York State School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University.
