Tony Raia is
currently Professor Emeritus (Recalled) at the UCLA Anderson School
of Management where he has also
served as the Associate Dean for Executive Education, the Vice Chairman
of the
Department, and the Director of the UCLA Division of Applied Behavioral
Science. He was educated at Columbia
University,
New York,
and at the University
of California,
Los Angeles,
where he received his MBA and
PhD degrees.
In addition to
his faculty appointments at the University of Miami,
Florida, and the University of Maryland,
Dr Raia was
the co-owner and CEO of a small electronics firm and an officer in the
United
States Air Force. He has authored or co-authored numerous books,
monographs,
book chapters, and articles published in leading professional journals.
He
continues to serve on editorial boards and is listed in Who’s
Who and in American Men
and Women in Science.
Professor Raia has
extensive experience in strategic management, organization design, and
organization change and development. He has consulted with a wide
variety of
organizations throughout the United States
and abroad. His areas of expertise
include strategic leadership, organization (re)design, change
management, team
building, executive coaching, and the design and conduct of management
development programs.
