When HARRT members retire or transition to a related career,
they become eligible to be invited to join HARRT as an alumni
member. Membership as an alumni member of HARRT is by invitation
to individuals who have achieved distinction as a senior HRM
executive in their career and who have a continuing commitment
to the advancement of HRM.
