 Lucy Wander-Perna
Member, HARRT Executive Committee
Lucy Wander-Perna is an alumna of HARRT and has
served on the executive committee since 1999. Prior to becoming an
alumni member and serving on the executive committee, she was Senior
Vice President with responsibility for worldwide human resources for
Sony Pictures Entertainment.
She presently serves as Board
Chair and a member of the Executive Committee for the First
Entertainment Credit Union and was a former Board Chair for
EIRAC (Entertainment Industry Referral & Assistance Center).
She is an executive human resources consultant
who draws upon more than 20 years of HR experience in the consumer
products, pharmaceutical and entertainment industries as a professional
and a senior executive.
She began her career as with Richardson-Vicks,
Inc., a subsidiary of Procter & Gamble, holding positions
as Manager of International Compensation & Benefits for
the pharmaceutical division, Director of Human Resources for
Vidal Sassoon and for the start-up of their Natural Care Products
Division. She subsequently moved into the entertainment industry
where she spent close to twelve years in management positions.
She graduated Summa cum Laude with a BA in Economics from Fairfield
University, Fairfield, Connecticut and a MBA from the UCLA Anderson
School, Los Angeles, California.
