Kimberly Hunt is Vice President, Human Resources West Coast Region for Liz Claiborne, Inc.  Kimberly is responsible for overseeing the human resources function for the west coast based brands, including employee relations and communication, talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, and the critical areas of training and organizational development.

Kimberly’s portfolio of brands consists of Lucky Brand, Juicy Couture, Laundry, C&C, prAna and Mac and Jac in Vancouver.  In her new role, Kimberly is focused on leveraging and building upon existing human resource programs, as well as creating new processes and programs based on best practices to support company business strategies, enhance revenues, and facilitate the change associated with a rapidly growing entrepreneurial division.  Kimberly also serves on the Leadership Council of Liz Claiborne.

Kimberly is based out of the Lucky Brand offices in Vernon, California.  Liz Claiborne, Inc. designs and markets an extensive range of branded women’s and men’s apparel, accessories, and fragrance products. The diverse portfolio of quality brands, domestic and international, wholesale and retail, consistently meets the widest range of consumers’ fashion needs, from classic to contemporary, active to relaxed and denim to streetwear.  The more than 40 brands in the Liz Claiborne, Inc. portfolio are available at over 30,000 points of sale worldwide.  Liz Claiborne currently employs over 15,000 employees worldwide. 

Prior to joining Liz Claiborne, she was Vice President of Human Resources for House of Blues (HOB) Entertainment, Inc., an LA-based global entertainment company reputed to be the “definitive live music brand,” comprised of several unique businesses, including the House of Blues Clubs. As Vice President of Human Resources, she reported to HOB's president and oversaw the creation of an infrastructure that supported field and corporate operations including, organizational development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment, HRIS and workers compensation.  Kimberly joined HOB in 1998 and had increasing levels of responsibility throughout her tenure. 

Prior to joining HOB, Kimberly worked in Human Resources for Kinko's, Inc. from 1994 to 1998.  During that time, she worked in various areas of Human Resources, including regional HR management, training and development, and recruitment.  Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UCLA and a Master's in Business Administration from University of Phoenix.  Kimberly also serves on the Advisory Board for UCLA's Human Resources Extension Program.
