As a public-private partnership, HARRT is guided by two standing committees: An executive committee and a faculty advisory committee. The Executive Committee composed of faculty and industry advisors is responsible for administrative functioning and direction of HARRT and its programs. It provides advice on member-driven initiatives and services to insure that the needs of senior human resource executives are met and the integrity of the mission and values of the HARRT organization is preserved. The Faculty Advisory Committee provides oversight and advice on the mission, quality and direction of HARRT and insures that faculty and graduate students at UCLA remain well connected to HARRT, its programs and its Industry members.
